Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 1, 2026

1. Parties and acceptance

These terms are an agreement between you, or the business on whose behalf you use AdLoop, and Claura, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, United States, located at 1644 Washington Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, United States ("Claura" or "we"), which provides AdLoop, formerly called Loop ("the Service"). If you accept them on behalf of a business, you confirm to us that you are allowed to do so.

By accessing and using AdLoop ("the Service"), you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of the Service after those changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the Service

AdLoop is an advertising creative generation platform that uses artificial intelligence to create content for social networks such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and other platforms.

The Service includes, among other features:

  • Automatic ad generation with AI
  • Ad copywriting
  • Visual creative design
  • Export of ads in multiple formats
  • Customizable templates

3. Registration and Account

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your password confidential
  • All activity that happens under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Making sure your account information is accurate and up to date

4. Acceptable Use

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Create content that is illegal, offensive or defamatory, or that violates third party rights
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Create content that violates the policies of the advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
  • Use the Service to promote prohibited products or services
  • Try to extract the internal code, instructions, recipes or configuration of the Service in order to copy them or use them in another product: by taking it apart to see how it is built (reverse engineering), with requests crafted for that purpose to a connected assistant, or in any other way
  • Use the Service, or what it returns, to develop, train or evaluate another product that does the same thing as AdLoop
  • Make automated queries at volume in order to copy the Service, or exceed the usage limits we tell you about

5. Connected artificial intelligence assistants

You can connect AdLoop to your artificial intelligence assistant (currently Claude or ChatGPT). Before connecting it you choose which brands and which permissions to give it, and each authorization is recorded with the text you saw (Privacy Policy, section 2.6).

The assistant acts on your behalf: whatever you ask it to do in AdLoop, within those permissions, counts as done by you, and you are responsible for it. For example, if you ask it to send an email to a group of your brand and you confirm it, the email goes out as if you had sent it yourself. If the assistant does something different from what you asked, write to us and we will review it with you in the request log.

The assistant is a service of another company (Anthropic, OpenAI or another), with its own terms. What it receives from AdLoop is handled by that company under its own rules and under the plan you have with it, and that is outside our responsibility. Some plans allow the provider to use what it receives to train its models: before giving it the "Personas y conversaciones" (people and conversations) permission, which passes your contacts' data to it, check what your plan says.

You can disconnect it whenever you want from "Tus conexiones" (your connections), and the connection expires on its own after 30 days. If we see a use that goes against these terms, we may limit, pause or end a connection, and we will tell you.

6. Data about your business's contacts

If you use AdLoop to serve your customers and contacts (forms, messages, WhatsApp, emails or your CRM), the party legally responsible for that data is your business. That means you take care of having the right to collect and use it, of telling your contacts whatever applies, and of what you do with it, including passing it to an artificial intelligence assistant. We use it only to provide you with the Service, as the Privacy Policy says (section 2.5).

7. Intellectual Property

7.1. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload to the Service (images, logos, texts). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it and generate ads according to your instructions.

7.2. Generated Content

The ads generated by the Service belong to you and you can use them freely for your advertising campaigns.

7.3. Claura's ownership

Claura, and those who license parts of the Service to it, own all rights to the Service, including, among others, its software and its code, its algorithms, its instructions and its configuration, its working recipes, its design, its trademarks and its documentation.

7.4. What is yours and what is ours

Your data and your contacts' data are yours. The way the Service works (its method, its instructions, its recipes and its configuration) belongs to Claura, and using AdLoop, including from a connected assistant, does not give you any license over that.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees for the plan you chose
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account
  • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods

9. Credits and Usage

The Service runs on a credit system:

  • Credits are consumed when you generate ads and use features
  • Unused credits may expire depending on the plan
  • Credits are not transferable or refundable
  • We reserve the right to change the credit cost of features

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet all your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error free
  • The results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • The ads generated will be approved by the advertising platforms

In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Claura, its directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim, demand, loss or damage, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

12. Termination and closing your account

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without prior notice. Reasons may include:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Failure to pay
  • Behavior we consider harmful to the Service or to other users
  • A request from competent authorities

You can close your account whenever you want: cancel your subscription from your account, disconnect your assistants from "Tus conexiones" (your connections) and write to us at hola@claura-ai.com so that we delete your account, which we do within 5 business days. What a connected assistant already received we cannot delete ourselves: that is deleted in the assistant. We keep the receipts of your authorizations for the period stated in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
